TORONTO, ON - October 19, 2009 - Tridel has been recognized by condo buyers for exceptional customer care, in influential customer surveys by the Ontario Home Builders’ Association and J.D. Power and Associates).

Tridel has been named:

For the Home Builder award, Tridel demonstrated the highest levels of performance based on surveys from home buyers along with stringent judging criteria in the areas of sales and marketing excellence, unique floor plan design, community service, support of the industry and its ability to adapt to changing needs.
In the J.D. Power and Associates survey, Tridel ranked highest in satisfying new-condominium buyers in the GTA market throughout the new-home purchase and early ownership experience. Buyers said they were particularly satisfied with Tridel in terms of its quality, readiness of the homes being purchased and Tridel’s warranty and staff service. Tridel’s in-house sales team is highly experienced, averaging more than 10 years of service in managing customer needs and expectations. This means that the expectations promised to customers at the time of sale are delivered at and beyond move-in.
