First North American Project For Danish Firm 3XN

Aquabella Designed To Put People First

Architectural powerhouse 3XN from Denmark has teamed up with Toronto’s Kirkor Architects to design a one-of-a-kind building that will add new visual excitement to the waterfront skyline.

3XN has broken away from the box shape of most condo towers to create a startling L-shaped building that is a work of art and a feat of engineering.

Designed to put the needs of residents first, the unique silhouette of the building arises from its distinctive stepped garden terraces along the upper levels. The terraces enliven the building with texture, colour, depth and variety and provide residents with lavish outdoor spaces and unobstructed views of the lake. Interiors are light-filled and spacious.

Aquabella’s softer, sculptured look blurs the boundary between the building and its setting. All suites on the lower levels include an expansive balcony for enhanced outdoor living and clear views of the lake or the neighbourhood.

At once intimate and grand, Aquabella is truly a marvel of the 21st century.
