Hi, could more information regarding the prices, layout, number of rooms of the condos, etc. please be emailed to me (if there is a brochure, kindly send that). Is there a demo unit constructed for showing? If yes, I intend on having a look at it. Do we have to approach through a real estate agent or do you have a sales manager? Most importantly, I’d like to know if these condos are available on the market for booking, or the future date for the same. Thanks!
Hello Anisha,
I forwarded your questions to the Sales Manager for Ten York, he responded:
“Please register on line (http://tridel.com/communities/tenyork/register), sales team will contact when they are ready. We anticipate to launch in the spring at Tridel Head Office but we don’t have any definite day and time yet. There will not be a model suite, but we will have a scale model and multimedia presentation to demonstrate in our brand new state of the art presentation centre at 4800 Dufferin Street.”
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Thanks!
Lindsay
