Three new floorplans have been put online for Solaris 1, which is in Metrogate, a community in Scarborough (Kennedy and HWY 401). Solaris is move in ready. The suites are: 2F+DT, 2H+D, and 3BT.
“The 2H+D is on the south east corner. It’s one of the large suites, a penthouse. It has nine foot ceilings and is on the 40th floor. Nice views and spacious. It’s a two bedroom with den and breakfast area,” says May Tsui, Sales Representative. “The 3BT is on the third floor facing north west in building one. With nine foot ceilings and comes with terrace. It’s a good three bedroom. The 2F+DT is on the north-east corner, also on the third floor, with nine foot ceilings with terrace as well. They’re one of a kind suites.”

If you’re looking for a newer release, there are great suites still left at Avani, which has an early 2014 occupancy date. Prices and floorplans are here. Ventus has an expected occupancy of spring 2013.
