Three new floorplans have been released at Avani, the newest addition to the Metrogate neighbourhood at HWY 401 and Kennedy Road.

“We’ve added dens to the suites and at a good price,” says Natasha Chou, Metrogate Sales Representative.. “It’s limited so there won’t be too much left. But it’s a great price point for one bedroom plus dens and the parking is included.”
The three new suite designs range in size from approximately 557 to 645 square feet, with the added value of a free parking spot at $28,000.
“They all have built-in stainless steel appliances and laminate flooring, with east or west views” says Natasha. “The 1D1+D floorplan also now has a second washroom.”

Avani has an expected occupancy of early 2014. If you’d like to move into your new home sooner, there are still suites left at Solaris which are move in ready and the two Ventus towers are currently under construction, with occupancy at Ventus 1 expected to start this spring.
