Blythwood at Huntington is now under construction at 1900 Bayview Avenue, south of Lawrence. The site will be in the shoring and excavation stages for around the next six to eight weeks.
“Shoring along the south side has had its challenges but we continue to move forward and anticipate tie back installation to commence over the next two weeks or so,” says Project Manager, Tony Battista. “Shoring and excavation will happen simultaneously until we reach the bottom of the excavation sometime in April at which time we will begin pouring footings and work our way back up.”

There are suites still available at Blythwood. All suites are large and luxurious. It’s an exclusive, smaller community with high-end amenities.
