Construction at Avonshire, in North York, is now complete and the Tridel Store North York will be moving in. This Presentation Centre will move just a few blocks east from its current location on Yonge Street to 100 Harrison Garden Boulevard.
The Tridel Store North York opens at Avonshire on Saturday, February 25th.
Presentation Centre is now located at Avonshire. Drive in, buzz the concierge and proceed to the visitor parking.
The site is very close to the Sheppard and Yonge subway station. It’s just a two minute drive from the old location or an eight minute walk.
The hours will be:
Monday to Thursday, 11am – 7pm
Friday, Closed
Saturday, Sunday & Holidays, 12pm – 6pm
Selling out of this new location:
- Hullmark Corporate Centre: commercial condominium office space right at Yonge and Sheppard, with direct access to two subway lines
- Avonshire: move-in ready with only the 2B suite design available as well as ONE townhome left
- Aristo at Avonshire: adjacent to Avonshire on Harrison Garden Boulevard, with occupancy expected to begin in 2014. There are still a variety of suite styles and sizes available.
