North York’s best selling project of 2011 is not losing momentum any time soon. The 2Q suite design at Parkside at Atria, on Sheppard Avenue east of the 404, has sold out.
There have also been price updates on a number of suites, including the 1M+D, 2U+D, 2W+D and 3A designs.

Parkside at Atria is more of a boutique development, with fewer suites than at Alto. The suites are also larger with views of green spaces and the park.
