Located right at Yonge and Sheppard, with direct underground access to two subway lines, Hullmark Corporate Centre offers high-end office condominiums for a range of corporate uses.
Floors 2 through 12 of Hullmark will have office space including common executive boardrooms, lobby business concierge service and underground parking. The main floor will house retail, including the very popular health-centric grocer Whole Foods.
“It’s great for professional offices for licensed medical professionals, accounting firms, lawyers, corporate offices, real estate firms, just not for retail,” says Juliana Tsui, Sales Representative.
All of the units are available on the online pricelist but many are one of a kind suites. Juliana stresses that it’s important to go into the presentation centre to discuss what you’re looking for instead of just viewing floorplans online, as it’s much different from buying a residential condo.
“We have many different options,” says Juliana. “You can combine units so the space can be 900 to 3000 gross square feet.”

There are no residential condominiums left at Hullmark, but there are many options still available at Avonshire and Aristo. A few blocks south of Sheppard, these communities also have a shuttle bus right to the subway.
