The one bedroom with den 1G+D and two bedroom 2A suite designs have sold out in Tower 2 at West Village, in Etobicoke near Etobicoke Civic Centre.
“Construction is now in full swing,” says Rahul Shah, Sales Representative. “Instead of 1 G+D, we can offer 1M+D, which is a one bedroom with den suite of almost the same in square footage. It is a smartly designed Tridel suite facing south. Instead of 2A, we can offer the two bedroom 2K on the higher floors, 23rd and up, with an excellent lay out and facing east. But we have a very limited number of suites available for the 1 M+D and 2K designs.”
