We are pleased to announce that municipal inspections went well and occupancy has started at Ventus Tower 1! The city has granted occupancy from the P2 level to the 11th floor. The next round of occupancy approvals with the city began Wednesday, July 18th. The plumbing and electrical systems are finished up to the 17th floor, kitchens are completed to the 23rd and drywall is in progress on the 27th floor.
At Ventus Tower 2, drywall is being put in on the 5th floor, plumbing and electrical systems are being roughed in on the 8th floor, windows are installed to the 22nd floor and precast concrete is finished up to the 24th floor. Interior finishing will begin in the lower levels this week.
