August 8, 2012, with the thermometer in the low 30s and the sun ablazing, it seemed to be the perfect day to get out of the comfort of my air conditioned windowless office and snap a few pics with my cell phone while accompanying my one man video crew to capture some construction video. Looking south, West Village Etobicoke I & II is now above grade. The first tower is completing the second floor and the third floor is getting ready for forming. Flying forms are now being used on tower one so expect to start seeing rapid development.
Excavation and shoring continue at One Old Mill. Bloor Street West is to the right.
Aristo at Avonshire looking south to Hwy 401, the first underground levels are well under way. On the north end of the site, the earth ramp is being removed, shoring is being completed and the footings for the second tower are in the process of being completed.
Looking southeast from the corner of Yonge & Sheppard, the south Anndale tower is quickly rising into the North York city skyline. Walls on the tenth floor our now being formed.
Looking down to the southeast corner of Hullmark Centre from the recently formed tenth floor of the south Anndale tower. The rooftop terrace is serving as a convenient place to store the steel and forms for the commercial section of the Hullmark Centre
The residential suites at Hulmmark Centre are now sold out but condominium commercial offices suitable for medical, legal and accounting practices are still available.
- From the top southwest corner looking down 60 feet from the top of an impressive retaining wall, the first levels of the parking are well under way to the east. to the bottom of the photo the last footings are being laid.

The loft section to the right is complete and helping to move things along as a storage area for forms and material for the tower. 20 floors complete and 29 more to go on the tower!
