Hullmark Centre is really taking shape and making a statement at the corner of Yonge and Sheppard.
We’re already at the 12th floor of the south tower and concrete is being poured on the third floor of the north tower.

The ground floor level will house retail, anchored by Whole Foods, the natural food supermarket. The roughing in of the plumbing and electrical systems has started here.
Hullmark Centre will have direct underground access to two TTC subway lines – the Yonge and Sheppard lines. The foundations for the north TTC tunnel have been completed and the structural forming has begun.
Windows are also being installed in the south tower on floors 3 and 4.

We have sold out of residential condominium suites at Hullmark Centre, but there are office suites available. Offices will be located on floors 2 to 12. These will include common executive boardrooms, lobby business concierge service and there will also be underground paid parking available.
View the price list online. It is recommended that those interested visit the presentation centre as suites can be combined according to your needs. The Hullmark Centre website also features office concepts, including a law and medical office, which is a great resource.
