The concrete pour at 300 Front is almost complete. Our construction teams are now pouring on the 47th floor (out of a total of 49 floors). Interior finishes such as windows are being installed on the 37th floor, drywall on the 26th, tiles are on the 16th and kitchen installation on the 14th floor. In preparation for these finishes the plumbing and electrical requirements are being installed on the 28th floor.
Our loft suites are almost done with installation of drywall, tile, plumbing and electrical rough-ins already completed. The kitchen installations are currently on the 12th floor.
The exterior canopy for the driveway entrance of the community is about 50% complete and we anticipate the commencement of exterior landscape next month.
