Our most recent addition, the Metrogate community, is located in one of the greenest areas of Toronto with easy access to the Scarborough Bluffs, the sculpture gardens at the Guild Inn and Canada's largest urban park, Rouge Park. Residents won't have to travel far for recreation as the Tam O'Shanter Golf Club is just north of the community.

Thanks to the proximity of the community to Kennedy Road and 401, residents can be on their way both east and west of the City in just moments, and downtown Toronto is easily accessible via the Don Valley Parkway. The TTC is just moments away. To the south of Metrogate is the Kennedy Commons shopping centre and the Scarborough Town Centre is just to the east.
