Customer Care operates a fully staffed Call Center virtually 24 hours a day. The Call Centre staff works closely with all members of the customer-care team, sales teams, construction and property management staff, to address any problems that may arise.

MyTridelHome Purchaser Website

Any purchaser of a Tridel home gets access to MyTridelHome purchaser website. The website is packed with information for home owners on everything from their current contracts to warranty and maintenance documents. If you have purchased a Tridel home and would like access to MyTridelHome, please please click here to log on to MyTridelHome Portal using your password. If you do not have a username and password, please contact your onsite Customer Care Representative.

"Home Care Binder"

All Tridel homebuyers receive a "Home Care Binder" at their pre-delivery inspection (PDI). This binder provides useful information about condominium ownership including "What You Should Know" sections on moving in, garbage and recycling, utilities, emergencies, fire safety, security, insurance coverage, building amenities and the surrounding neighborhood. Forms are provided which allow for easy reporting of any problems that may arise. It is an informative reference book, comparable to your vehicle's owners manual.

Feedback

Customer feedback is an essential part of the Tridel customer care philosophy. Tridel makes a point of listening to customers and rapidly responding to their needs. As a demonstration of their responsiveness, customer feedback often initiates policies and procedures. All purchasers receive an "Owner Satisfaction Survey" which allows them to comment on items such as upgrades and finishes, deficiencies, warranties, pre-delivery inspection, the living environment and their overall level of satisfaction.
