Hello Aimee,

Just wanted to let you know that Randy and I have purchased a 2 bedroom condo at the Meridian Phase 2 today.

We ventured out to the Meridian Sales Office on Tues. Nov. 1st and spoke to Juliana Tsui. We were very impressed with what the Meridian had to offer. We were waiting for news on your possible development in the Yonge and Eglinton area, but after much discussion felt that Yonge and Finch was an area we could see ourselves retire in.

The most important item on our list when purchasing a condominium is the builder. As far as we are concerned, Tridel exceeds our expectations, both in quality and customer service. How many people are willing to sell their home and rent for a few years in anticipation of the possibility of a Tridel sales office opening at Yonge & Eglinton? I think we are the only ones! Some of our relatives think we're crazy! Maybe we are! But this is how strongly we feel about Tridel.

We could never imagine that we'd be able to afford to live in such a luxurious condominium, but Tridel has made this a reality! Randy and I look forward to moving into our new condo at the Meridian in the summer of 2008.

I never bother with giving feedback to anyone but I was so happy with the way I was treated and the time taken by Christine to show me around that I had to email you. I wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the Tridel personnel working at the Circa Carriage Home Phase I site.

Angela had been very helpful and patient during the colour selection process and we now have a nice looking home. After I took possession of my townhouse, Kassi, Nick and Ron work with me to resolve the deficiencies I reported. They are courteous, professional, know their job well, and always greet me with a smile! Most of the deficiencies were handled in a timely manner.

They continue to work on the remaining requests and deficiencies, and with such an excellent team of people there to help me, I am sure any pending issues will be resolved satisfactorily.
