Homeowner Workshops

Our Homeowner Workshops help customers anticipate what comes next and answer questions before they become problems. Workshops are usually community specific and are scheduled to occur before each phase of the occupancy process. Currently our Workshop Series is composed of four seminars that occur at key milestones in the home buying process from just before and after the time of purchase to one year after occupancy.

Current seminars

The four seminars currently held for homeowners are:

• The Road Ahead – what happens now that you have bought
• Community Meet & Greet – visit your community for the first time and meet your Property Management Team
• Homeowner Orientation – how to prepare for my home inspection
• Welcome to My World – approximately 1 year after we organize groups to discuss their ownership experience

These workshops are excellent opportunities for our homeowners and foster first hand a greater sense of community identity and participation, even before residents move in. They also assist us in pacing the educational aspects of the home buying journey. Rather than delivering information ‘overload’ these workshops allow us to deliver the right information at the right time.

We know that new homeowners have lots of questions … that’s ok, we’re here to help. We have put together a variety of tools and information specifically designed to make things easy and convenient. Maintenance Information

How do I take care of my floor? I have a water tap on my terrace, how do I turn off the water for the winter? Why do I see condensation on my windows? These are just a few of the topics we cover in our library of maintenance pieces. We also have a series of videos designed to help show you how to get the most out of your new Tridel home.
