July 3, 2008! Murray Newman recalls the very day he moved into his “penthouse on the third floor” of Tridel’s Verve condominium. His answer is immediate, like we’d asked his birthday. A breath later, he adds that he was also the very first homeowner to move in to this community.

It is our pleasure to write about our homebuilder Tridel. As experienced condominium homeowners (i.e. this is our fourth new condo), it is incredible to have a company that not just delivers but that actually does more by going above and beyond their commitments.

As an example, with our most recent purchase at Reve, when we went to our Homeowner Orientation, we learned that Tridel had invested in a new system that allows our community to have a Virtual Concierge (VC). This was an “extra” feature that we got and not only is it really cool technologically but apparently it will allow our community to save money if we choose to use the VC more.

As a comparison, the last builder that we bought from – NOT Tridel- while our home was great the common areas did not come with Air-Conditioning. Who would have ever thought to ask that question? Only the party-room, lobby and exercise area had AC, all the corridors and other places in the community did not. So, on hot days you were soaked before you made it to your car. If that was our first purchase, we probably would have NEVER bought from a new homebuilder again. However, our first home was with Tridel and after this mistake with our second home, we have only bought from them ever since.

We cannot say enough about Tridel and what they have given our family and I would say the community at large. Their green programs and youth initiatives really make us feel that we are contributing too when we buy from them. On top of that, since they are so well known and build such quality, we have done really well and can afford “move-up” which we have done.

The staff at Tridel is consistently friendly, accessible and reliable regardless of the group you are dealing with (i.e. from Sales, to Customer Care, to Property Management). We always feel genuinely appreciated and informed about what is important to us.

Just wanted to let you know that Randy and I have purchased a 2 bedroom condo at the Meridian Phase 2 today. We ventured out to the Meridian Sales Office on Tues. Nov. 1st and spoke to Juliana Tsui. We were very impressed with what the Meridian had to offer. We were waiting for news on your possible development in the Yonge and Eglinton area, but after much discussion felt that Yonge and Finch was an area we could see ourselves retire in.

The most important item on our list when purchasing a condominium is the builder. As far as we are concerned, Tridel exceeds our expectations, both in quality and customer service. How many people are willing to sell their home and rent for a few years in anticipation of the possibility of a Tridel sales office opening at Yonge & Eglinton? I think we are the only ones! Some of our relatives think we're crazy! Maybe we are! But this is how strongly we feel about Tridel.

We could never imagine that we'd be able to afford to live in such a luxurious condominium, but Tridel has made this a reality! Randy and I look forward to moving into our new condo at the Meridian in the summer of 2008.

I wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the Tridel personnel working at the Circa Carriage Home Phase I site.

Angela had been very helpful and patient during the colour selection process and we now have a nice looking home. After I took possession of my townhouse, Kassi, Nick and Ron work with me to resolve the deficiencies I reported. They are courteous, professional, know their job well, and always greet me with a smile! Most of the deficiencies were handled in a timely manner.

They continue to work on the remaining requests and deficiencies, and with such an excellent team of people there to help me, I am sure any pending issues will be resolved satisfactorily.

This is not really a question but just feed back with regards to one of your employees by the name of Christine Darson. I would just like to say that the service I received was brilliant! I never bother with giving feedback to anyone but I was so happy with the way I was treated and the time taken by Christine to show me around that I had to email you.
