Have you moved? Changed telephone numbers? Updated your email address? Keeping your contact information with us current is key in us being able to keep you up-to-date about your new home. In the partnership agreement it lists your “official” phone number, mail and email address, all of which we use to try and reach you…however if this information is outdated you could miss out of important events or opportunities, especially with time sensitive issues during the construction process.

Any purchaser of a Tridel home gets access to MyTridelHome purchaser website. The website is packed with information for home owners on everything from their current contracts to warranty and maintenance documents. If you have purchased a Tridel home and would like access to MyTridelHome, please click here to log on to MyTridelHome Portal using your password. If you do not have a username and password, please visit your Presentation Center. Please note that due the quantity of personal information on mytridelhome.com that passwords are only issued in person.
