Your Design & Décor Appointment

From first consultation, and throughout the design process we include you as much as you would like and your time allows. If you can’t devote the amount of time you would like, you can trust us to treat your home as if it’s our own.

Generally, we will be able to complete all of your selections in one appointment but sometimes, due to the construction schedule or your degree of interest in Personal Choice Selections, we may require additional sessions.

Your homes electrical plan is a key component of its design. One of the first things we look at is your electrical and mechanical plans to determine that all of our included designs and outlets work for you. We’ll discuss your electrical, communication and media requirements.

We select only the finest finishes and materials, based on our interior design team’s professional knowledge of new trends, past performance of our homes and of course you. You’ll be given a world of choices for your included features and finishes. We’ll discuss the lifestyle and performance benefits of each of them with you in detail. Based on the information you provided, we’ll make recommendations on what may work best for you. For example, we often recommend porcelain tile versus the beautifully unique yet more porous natural marbles and stones for high-traffic areas or families with kids and pets.

Vignettes and Décor

Tridel has developed its own in-house interior design operation which is comprised of full time, ARIDO accredited design professionals. Our Interior Design and New Product Development teams study the latest trends and specify only the finest finishing materials. They also review electrical, mechanical and floor plans for each suite together with our Construction team during the planning process. This ensures that the suites make efficient use of space and are desirable to the end-user prior to their release to market. Once the project has moved to working-drawings, in-house design will consult on electrical layouts to again ensure user-friendly details are incorporated.
