EMERGENCY RESPONSE

A true emergency exists when you are physically unable to occupy your home.

Emergency Service is to be treated with the same sense of urgency and sensitivity. We also want to emphasize that you do not hire independent contractors to make warranty repairs for you. We will not be responsible for expenses incurred by others, unless authorized in writing by our Customer Care Department.

Your Safety is a priority to us. Precautions are taken to ensure that your home and your community are well equipped for your peace of mind.

Alarm Panels, Intercom Systems, Security Channel and Panic Alarms are all examples of extra measures we take.

We’ve established protocol on soliciting, access controlfire safety and special evacuation procedures for your added safety as well. Please abide by them and discuss with your concierge, property management or refer to your home care guide for complete instructions.

For in suite emergencies (such as no heat or plumbing failure) contact your Concierge, Superintendant or
Property Management Office.
