Toronto, Ontario… J.D. Power and Associates in their first ever syndicated
condominium study in the world has announced that Tridel ranks highest in satisfying
buyers of newly built condominiums in the Greater Toronto Area. This inaugural
Canadian New Condominium Builder Customer Satisfaction Study represents the
pinnacle of success in customer service as it is based solely on condominium
customer feedback.
J.D. Power and Associates is one of the most respected companies involved in measuring customer satisfaction. Representing millions of consumers in numerous market categories, J.D. Power and Associates and their syndicated studies are known to embody the “VOICE OF THE CUSTOMER.” The 2006 Canadian New Condominium Builder Customer Satisfaction study is based on the responses of 1,428 homebuyers within the GTA who commented on nine factors ranging from customer service, to home/building readiness, home quality, physical design and more. The study has shown that Tridel leads the industry in eight of these nine factors.
