Alto and Parkside at Atria

Community Progress Update – October 2016

Drywall is currently being installed on the 37th floor at the Alto and Parkside community. Tile installations are on the 27th & 28th floors, kitchens on the 25th, granite countertops on the 22nd and flooring on the 18th floor. Plumbing and electrical rough-in work is on the 40th floor, while the finishing work is taking place on the 21st.

Homeowner Orientation inspections are currently taking place on the 8th and 9th floors of the Alto tower. Closings for the Parkside tower are 98% complete while the first closings at the Alto tower just started last week.
