Our Customer Care Team is now setting up the office for the Homeowner Orientation (HOO) and Closing process for the community. The overall process of completing the Homeowner Orientations for the community will take several months starting with the lower floors of the building, working in ascending order. If you’ve purchased on a higher floor, please be aware that it may be a few months before we connect with you.
