Introducing the future of condominium family living by Tridel: Metrogate. Historic in its undertaking, this new landmark green neighbourhood integrates the principles of smart growth, new urbanism and sustainable development into a new international standard for urban design.
Metrogate is located on a 17-acre site once occupied by the Toronto Sufferance Transit Terminal. The development consists of 1,776,000 sq. ft. of residential condos and commercial space with a mix of building types. Comprised of 46 stacked townhouses, two 35-storey residential towers, a 23-storey office tower, two 30-storey residential towers, and two 40-storey residential towers, as well as a 1.65 acre city park and two day care facilities. Ultimately over 2,100 residential condominium units will be developed within the Metrogate neighbourhood.
