Built for Life

"Built For Life" is the philosophy that the Tridel Group of Companies was built on. It stems from over 60 years of experience building the places, which many Canadians call home. It also refers to the fact that while every Tridel condominium is built for the people who live there now, they are also built for future generations of homeowners.

Tridel is a leader in the construction industry and there is no greater proof of that than the impressive resale value of Tridel built condominiums. According to figures in 2002 from the Toronto Real Estate Board, on average, a Tridel built condominium sells for 20% more than other resale condominiums sold in the Greater Toronto Area.

Tridel invests 60 years of experience into every condominium they build, and because of our uncompromising high standards, we stand by our buildings.

Warranty

At Tridel, we don't just build condominiums, we build relationships with the people who live in them. So, one of the most important acknowledgements we have received for 17 years in a row, is the After-Sales Service Award from Tarion.

Tarion (previously the Ontario New Home Warranty Program) protects new homebuyers, and safeguards the standards of homebuilding throughout Ontario. Tridel currently has a less than 1% complaint to possession ratio. The industry average is between 22 and 25%. We are extremely proud of this number, because of the added confidence it gives people who make Tridel condominiums their home.
