Stages Of Construction

Tridel homeowners purchase their homes at all different points of the building process, from the pre-construction phase right up to the ready to move in phase. Our customers can do that because of the high level of confidence that the Tridel name inspires.

Every Tridel building is meticulously managed through all 5 stages of construction from the planning stage to the finishing stage:

	Stage 1:	Excavation - clearing the land and 'digging the hole'
	Stage 2:	Concrete - building the garage and setting the foundation
	Stage 3:	Building the structure - pre-cast, brick-laying, windows
	Stage 4:	'Behind the Walls' - drywall partitions, plumbing, electricity, flooring
	Stage 5:	Finishing the suite- tiles, carpentry, fine finishing

When a Tridel Homeowner purchases in the pre-construction stage, they are notified by Customer Care throughout all the various stages of the construction process. That way they are always up to speed on the progress of their building.
