You may have moved into your new home or your moving day is just around the corner. It’s an exciting time and we want to make sure you’re prepared.

If you haven’t moved in yet, you will meet our Customer Care team for your Home Orientation appointment, which is the first time you will see your new home and community. These appointments are currently taking place. To help you prepare for your appointment, take some time to read your Welcome Home guide. It contains important information about moving in, your warranty and requesting service from our team. Your Guide to Moving In may also provide some helpful information as you prepare for your big day.

If you’ve moved into your new home, we also recommend that you read your Homecare Guide, which provides valuable tips on how to properly maintain your home and protect your investment.
