101 Erskine “Tops Off”

101 Erskine “Tops Off”

Rooftop parties are a construction milestone, held when the roof is installed and the height of the building has “topped off”.  They are also a time to celebrate the hard work of those who have contributed to the construction of the community.

Recently, 101 Erskine, discretely tucked back on a quiet residential street but conveniently close to the Yonge subway line, prime bus routes, and the vibrant Yonge & Eglington neighbourhood, celebrated the completion of their roof assembly at a rooftop party in the future lobby of the community.

The party areas had many long tables filled with men and women – from project accountants, architects and consultants and a multitude of professional tradespeople, to executives from Tridel and Beaux Properties – who gathered together to enjoy a cold drink and good food in celebration of this construction milestone.
