July 2020 Construction Update
Recently, the Aquabella at Bayside condo tower reached its full height and has now ‘topped off’. Typically, reaching this construction milestone is a cause for celebration, bringing together everyone – from the many trades professionals, consultants, and others who have worked to bring the new community to this stage construction – to recognize their achievement. This year, however, is different, as normal celebrations were forgone in our continued work to ensure the health of safety of everyone visiting and working on-site.
One Step Closer to Occupancy
Reaching full height or “topping off” a community marks a significant milestone in the construction of any community. It heralds the end of forming and brings occupancy for our homeowners one step closer.
At present, Design Services are finalizing the last few remaining Design appointments with Aquabella homeowners.
The next significant appointment for residents of this new lakefront community will be their Homeowner Orientation or HOO, which are expected to begin in March of 2021. Typically lasting approximately two hours, the HOO, also known as a PDI or Pre-Delivery Inspection, are a new homeowner’s first opportunity to view their suite. Homeowners are given a tour of their new home with a comprehensive overview of everything from home maintenance and responsibilities to an orientation of their new community. It is an exciting time for both homeowners and for Hines and Tridel.
As the date for your Homeowner Orientation Appointment approaches, Tridel Customer Care will share a comprehensive outline with homeowners of what to expect and what you should know before you go to help homeowners prepare for their Homeowner Orientation.
