Aqualina at East Bayside – A Ground Breaking Event

It was a brilliant spring day on the Toronto waterfront as Leo DelZotto, President of Tridel, was joined by Toronto Mayor John Tory, Deputy Mayor and Ward 28 Councillor Pam McConnell, Meg Davis, Vice President, Development at Waterfront Toronto, Avi Tesciuba, Hines Country Head, and Artscape CEO Tim Jones, who gathered to celebrate the Aqualina at Bayside ground breaking event, the first building of the Bayside community.

This new 13 acre neighbourhood will help transform the Toronto waterfront, bringing a mix of residential, retail and public spaces to the water’s edge.

The Aqualina at Bayside community has been very successful and is currently over  90% sold.

Currently, there is still an select choice of suites available, starting from $335,500, with occupancy scheduled for 2017.

Aquavista, the second building of the Bayside neighbourhood, also has an excellent selection of suites available, starting from $370,00, where homeowners can experience life at the water’s edge.
