Atria Opens New Park

A New Community Park

Nestled at the northeast corner of the Atria community in North York, a new park has been completed and opened for everyone to enjoy.  The new park features approximately 13,000 square feet of green space, complete with areas for outdoor activity and fitness.  Thoughtfully designed as a community amenity where residents can meet their neighbours, kids can play and everyone can enjoy time outdoors, the new park was recently completed and turned over to the City of Toronto, who will begin the process of deciding on a name for the new greenspace shortly.

A Place and Space for All

There are numerous fitness stations that indicate various upper, lower and full-body workouts.  Signage installed throughout helps guide people through a circuit training course.   For children, a climbing net and open space offer a play area close to home.  And for those looking for a place to relax and just enjoy being outdoors, two pergolas and benches offer a comfortable place to sit and enjoy time alone or with a friend.  The new park is also equipped with lighting and electrical features, as well as a water bottle filling station, and beautifully landscaped greenery.
