Del Property Management Celebrating 50 Years!

Del Property Management Celebrating 50 Years!

For 50 years, Del Property Management or DEL has had the honour of providing industry leading quality Property Management services to homeowners throughout the Greater Toronto Area.

Founded in 1968, DEL was created to fulfill the growing need of condominium homeowners for professional management of their communities.  Since then, its professional and dedicated staff has established DEL as an industry leader, garnering numerous awards and honours over the years.  DEL now manages a portfolio of over 69,000 condominium homes throughout the GTA.

The secret to its success?  “It is our passion for people and for doing the right thing,” shares Saul York, President of Del Property Management.  “At the heart of everything we do is the belief that we are not managing bricks and mortar, but rather homes.  We facilitate the management of healthy and happy communities and we understand that our success is tied to the strength of the communities with which we work.”

It is this understanding of its responsibility to homeowners that has helped DEL to thrive over the last 50 years.  DEL has been instrumental in elevating the profession as a whole by championing the necessity of professional certification programs for Property Managers.  DEL is also active throughout the condominium industry, contributing speakers at industry events, offering course instructors for the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario’s (ACMO) Registered Condominium Manager Program and providing representatives at key condominium and property management organizations, such as The Canadian Condominium Institute and ACMO.

Communication is also important to their philosophy.  This is why DEL supports a variety of communication tools to ensure their customers are informed and empowered.  Its seasonal publication, DEL Condominium Life Magazine, offers helpful articles on home ownership, lifestyle and community events across a broad spectrum.  Direct communication between community members is also encouraged through a variety of platforms.  This belief in open dialogue helps facilitate strong, connected communities that are able to adapt to the changing needs of condominium residents.

Congratulations to everyone at Del Property Management on a successful and impressive 50 Years!
