FORM Welcoming First Homeowners

Homeowner Orientations Begin

The year began with the first Homeowner Orientation or HOO appointments at our FORM community. The HOO, also known as a PDI or Pre-Delivery Inspection, are a new homeowner’s first opportunity to view their new home.  Homeowners are given a tour of the entire community, including amenity spaces, such as the well-equipped Fitness Centre, beautifully appointed Party Room and more.  The tour is also a practical introduction to their new home.  The appointment also encompasses an overview of home maintenance and responsibilities and an orientation of their new community.  It is an exciting time for both homeowners and for Tridel.

Construction Continues Above

While HOO appointments have begun on the lower floors, the on-site construction team are continuing work on the higher floors.  Currently, drywall, tile and kitchen are completed up to the 14th floor.  Additionally, flooring has progressed to the 12th floor.

About FORM

Once complete, FORM will be home to 189 suites.  This boutique 14 storey condominium community is enviably situated within walking distance of the shopping, dining and entertainment of Queen St. West and within steps of The Art Gallery of Ontario in the heart of downtown Toronto.
