Homeowner Inspections Begin
As the year winds down, activity at our Islington Terrace community has been building up, with the start of the first Homeowner Orientation or HOO appointments. Lasting approximately two hours, the HOO, also known as a PDI or Pre-Delivery Inspection, is a homeowner’s first opportunity to see their new suite. Homeowners are given an orientation of their new community, including a tour of the amenity spaces, such as the well-equipped Fitness Centre, Yoga Studio, Party Room and more. The HOO is also a comprehensive overview of their new home. Our Customer Care team reviews important information such as the homeowner warranty and tips on how to maintain their new home.
Construction Continues Above
While HOO appointments have begun on the lower floors, the on-site construction team are continuing work above. At present, drywall is being installed on the 45th floor and tile is being installed on the 44th. Tradespeople are now working on the installation of flooring and kitchen on the 32nd floor.
If the date for your Homeowner Orientation Appointment is approaching, Tridel Customer Care offers a comprehensive outline of what to expect and what you should know before you go, to help you prepare for your Homeowner Orientation.
