What is the NetZED Suite?
The NetZED or Net Zero Energy Dwelling Suite, was designed to push the boundaries of sustainable design and reduce energy usage in a condominium home to zero by harnessing the energy from solar panels on the roof for electricity. The NetZED suite, however, went beyond this initial concept and incorporates sustainable design into every aspect of the home, from the choice of appliances, lighting, suite finishes and beyond. As a trailblazer in sustainable building designed, the NetZED suite was also conceived to help raise awareness of the innovations available in green condominium design and to raise awareness among industry professionals and the general public.
