Under the extraordinary circumstances we are all facing at this time, we have made further adjustments to our customer-facing operations as part of our efforts to help slow the spread of the COVID-19 virus. These decisions allow us to further protect the health and well-being of our valued employees, customers and communities.

Effective Tuesday, March 24th, until further notice:

  • Presentation Centres:
    Tridel Presentation Centres are now closed to the public. The 91 Sheppard Avenue East Presentation Centre will remain open for urgent matters by appointment only, and will be able to service all Tridel communities. Please call 416-649-2323 to schedule an appointment. Our Sales teams will continue to work remotely and are available to speak with you during regular business hours. Any existing in-person appointments will be rescheduled.
  • Design Services:
    The Lobby Design Studio is now closed to the public. The Design Services team will be contacting homeowners from our Via Bloor, Bloor Promenade, Scala and Bianca communities with a previously scheduled appointment, to provide more details and alternate options to complete your appointment, where possible.
  • Homeowner Orientation & Pre-Delivery Inspection Appointments:
    Tridel Customer Care representatives will be conducting PDI inspections on behalf of homeowners prior to your occupancy date. We will ensure that your home is ready and inspected in the same manner as if you had attended yourself.  This process this will not eliminate or impact your warranty rights. Our Customer Care team will reach out to you with more details and to confirm arrangements for the next steps toward home ownership.
  • Warranty Service for Occupied Homes:
    All non-emergency warranty service in occupied homes across our communities has been suspended and will be rescheduled to a later date. A Customer Care Representative will be in touch with you to reschedule your repairs.
  • 4800 Dufferin Street Head Office:
    While operations will continue, our Head Office will be closed to the public. Our staff will be working remotely and is available to assist our valued customers and partners by telephone or email. Meetings will be rescheduled or changed to conference calls or virtual meetings.
  • Construction and Site Safety:
    In addition to the strict health & safety procedures employed on our sites as part of our normal business practices, our site teams have implemented expanded protocols to limit job site access and reinforce social distancing based on the recommendations of government and public health authorities. The health and well-being of our employees and trade partners is of the utmost importance to us and we will continue to actively evaluate this position as the COVID-19 situation evolves.

As we closely monitor the current global COVID-19 situation, we’ve made the necessary decision to close some of our sales offices across the GTA as of March 16th, until further notice. This will allow us to centralize our resources in order to continue delivering the high level of customer service Tridel is known for, as well as do our part to help slow the spread of the virus.

At this time, the 91 Sheppard Avenue East sales office will remain open by appointment only in effort to reduce the number of people in the offices at one time and allow additional time for more frequent cleaning. This Presentation Centre will be able to service all Tridel communities.

We will be honouring previously scheduled sales and homeowner appointments. Health and safety is the responsibility of us all.  We ask you to be diligent with your health and practice safety measures at home and when you’re out. Under guidance from the World Health Organization, Public Health Agency of Canada and Ontario Ministry of Health, hand sanitizer has been placed in our offices and our staff have been directed to practice social distancing and not to shake hands with guests; we hope you understand these precautionary measures. However, to ensure the safety of our employees and other customers we would be pleased to continue with your appointment if you:

  • Are not currently experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms; and
  • Have not recently travelled outside of Canada;
  • Have not recently been on a cruise or;
  • Have not been in close personal contact with those that have (i.e. all of the above)
