Corporate Social Responsibility

At Tridel, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has come to mean something much greater in scope and ambition than philanthropy or sustainable construction practices. To us, the concept of the triple bottom line is not a choice but a business imperative, where people, planet and profit are aligned to positively impact our society and contribute to our shared success.

“You will find community involvement, sustainability, social responsibility, innovation and customer service in every facet of our business. We want to be the leader in creating and building quality condominium communities while having a positive impact on people’s everyday lives, and on society as a whole”

– Leo DelZotto, President of Tridel

Our CSR mandate encompasses many initiatives, but it is also rooted in our Core Values, which you will find at the heart of all we do.
