At Tridel, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has come to mean something much greater in scope and ambition than philanthropy or sustainable construction practices. To us, the concept of the triple bottom line is not a choice but a business imperative, where people, planet and profit are aligned to positively impact our society and contribute to our shared success.
“You will find community involvement, sustainability, social responsibility, innovation and customer service in every facet of our business. We want to be the leader in creating and building quality condominium communities while having a positive impact on people’s everyday lives, and on society as a whole”
– Leo DelZotto, President of Tridel
Our CSR mandate encompasses many initiatives, but it is also rooted in our Core Values, which you will find at the heart of all we do.

Tridel Recognized for its Commitment to Community
Tridel was honoured as the recipient of BILD’s 2019 Stephen Dupuis Corporate Social Responsibility Award. Named in honour of past BILD CEO Stephen Dupuis, who was a strong advocate for the industry and a tireless proponent of corporate social responsibility, this humanitarian award recognizes Tridel’s long history of working in and with our communities. With initiatives such as the Tridel Take Action Team and BOLT Foundation, guided by our Core Values, every Tridel employee is committed to doing the right thing and creating positive change.
In 2018 alone, more than 120 employee volunteers contributed over 600 volunteer hours at 35 events throughout the city. Additionally, our focus on differentiating ourselves as a Best Place to Work employer and our investment in innovation and design for our customers, such as our Condo Challenge for accessibility, has helped foster social and economic well-being in the strong, vibrant communities in which we live and work.
