A lot of the most important things happen behind the walls or in the details that people never see. What matters is that we're constantly inspecting, reviewing, and double-checking everything throughout the construction process.

Q: What makes you proud when you walk through a completed building?

Fabio:
When you walk through a newly completed building, you reminisce about all the times you were there—even the hardships. But in the end, when you see it all come together and see the magic of what happened, it makes it real. You're grateful for that, and you're grateful to be part of it.
