Indigenous Reconciliation

Our Journey Towards Reconciliation

In 2023, we created our first Reconciliation Action Plan, a multi-year plan that guides us in taking positive action towards providing opportunities for Indigenous peoples within our organization and beyond.

Land Acknowledgement

Tridel acknowledges our employees gather and our communities are built on the traditional territories of the Anishinaabeg, the Haudenosaunee, Chippewa, and the Wendat peoples, and we are on the Treaty territory with the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation. We recognize the GTA is home to many diverse nations from around Turtle Island. We are grateful for Indigenous peoples’ stewardship of the Lands and Waters our business relies on.

Our Commitment

At Tridel, we aim to foster respect and prosperity for Indigenous peoples and communities. Guided by integrity, transparency, and diversity, we’re building the support and systems needed to embed Indigenous rights and interests in our work and beyond.
