About our Proposal
The subject site is municipally knowns as 3100-3200 Bloor Street West and 4-8 Montgomery Road. It is currently occupied by a car dealership with surface parking, and three 2-storey detached residential dwellings.
Tridel is proposing to develop a portion of the subject lands with a 13-storey mixed-use building, comprised of 319 residential units with retail space on the ground-floor fronting Bloor Street West. The largely terraced building is designed to frame Bloor Street West, with active ground-floor uses completing and contributing to a vibrant streetscape. The site is located within the South Kingsway neighbourhood, at the northwest corner of Bloor Street West and Montgomery Road.
