About our Proposal
Tridel is proposing to redevelop the subject lands with a 12-storey mixed-use building, comprised of 206 residential units and retail space on the ground-floor fronting onto Finch Avenue East. The largely terraced building is designed to frame Finch Avenue East, with active ground-floor uses. The site is located within the Bayview Woods-Steeles neighbourhood, approximately a kilometre east of Bayview Avenue.
