Construction Update

We're excited to bring you the latest construction update from The Well, Canada’s most impressive new community located at Front and Spadina. Progress across the residential towers—Classic Series I, Classic Series II, and the Signature Series has been remarkable, with each tower reaching significant milestones in their journey towards completion. Each passing day brings us one step closer to realizing the complete vision of this landmark community.

Classic Series I & II

Tridel at The Well’s Classic Series I is nearing completion, with occupancy now up to the penthouse levels. Residents can soon look forward to enjoying the rooftop amenities, including the pool, which are currently receiving finishing touches. This marks a significant milestone as the building transitions into a vibrant community hub, offering unparalleled luxury and comfort in one of the city's most sought-after locations.

Occupancy in Classic Series II has reached the grand penthouse, with the final suites having just completed their Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs). Additionally, the construction of Tridel’s latest innovation suite is making steady progress, with drywall installation underway.

Signature Series

The Signature Series has achieved a significant milestone with the occupancy permit granted, paving the way for the first homeowner to move in on March 25. PDI's commenced last month, with final touches to the building's luxurious amenities also in progress.

Retail Space

The retail space at The Well celebrated its official Grand Opening in November of 2023, while also recently obtaining LEED Platinum certification. The retail space offers a dynamic blend of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Designed to be a destination for both locals and visitors, it spans multiple levels, featuring a curated selection of boutiques, eateries, and leisure spaces.
