Construction Update - September 2025
As the fourth and final phase of Bayside Toronto, Aqualuna completes the vision for this remarkable lakeside community with its wave-inspired architecture and stunning bronze colour. Aqualuna now stands as one of the city’s most distinctive residences. What began as a bold idea years ago with Aqualina (2017), Aquavista (2019), and Aquabella (2021), has now culminated in a fully realized, world-class waterfront neighbourhood.

Almost all occupancy permits have been granted, with the last few hoist suites scheduled for final inspection on September 24th. Aqualuna was officially registered on July 21st and is set to be turned over to the newly elected Condominium Board on October 16th. Furthermore, the East Bayfront Community Recreation Centre, located on the ground floor, is now open to the public. It was turned over to the City in July and is already welcoming visitors and offering public programming. A grand opening event took place on September 20th, featuring remarks from City leaders and a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

The Water’s Edge Promenade, which runs along the north, east, and south sides of Aqualuna, is now complete and open as of September 19th. This new stretch of the lakefront offers a beautifully landscaped pedestrian space and helps connect the community to a wider waterfront experience.
Aqualuna was also recently awarded Best of Region in the Show Flats & Developments category at the 2025 Society of British & International Design (SBID) Awards, a recognition that celebrates the creativity and dedication of the teams who helped bring this vision to life.
Aqualuna brings together everything Bayside Toronto set out to be — bold, connected, and timeless. It’s been quite the journey to get here, and we’re both proud and excited to mark its completion.
