Construction Update - September 2025

As the first residents start to move in, Edenbridge on The Kingsway is beginning to feel like home.

With interim occupancies now underway and PDI appointments continuing, final preparations are progressing throughout Edenbridge. Inside the suites, finishing work is advancing, with paint, kitchen installations, flooring, and countertops continuing across the higher levels. Meanwhile, common areas and amenity spaces are entering their final stages before completion.

Outside, the building façade is complete and safety hoarding has been removed, offering a full view of the finished exterior. Landscaping is nearly done, with final inspections and close-out work underway. The private street between Royal York Road and The Kingsway remains temporarily closed as it undergoes regrading and repaving.

With move-ins underway and final touches coming together, we couldn’t be more excited to welcome you home to Edenbridge!
