Construction Update - April 2025

Construction at Edenbridge continues, with several key milestones recently achieved. The final tower crane has now been removed from site, setting the stage for the next phase of finishing. Streetscape improvements have also begun and will continue over the coming months.

The building’s exterior is nearing completion. Precast installation is finished, windows are fully installed, and balcony railings continue to make progress. These details are starting to reveal Edenbridge’s final aesthetics, giving a real sense of the presence this community will bring to The Kingsway neighbourhood.

Meanwhile, the retail component of Edenbridge is taking shape as well. The exterior envelope is now complete and interior base finishing continues.

Inside, our team is hard at work, with interior finishing moving steadily from the lower to upper floors:

  • Flooring & Trim Work – Ongoing at level 2

  • Countertops – Ongoing at level 3

  • Kitchen Installations – Ongoing at level 4

  • Taping, Sanding, and Painting – Ongoing at level 5

  • Drywall Boarding – Ongoing at level 6

  • Layout/Suite Framing – Ongoing at level 7

  • Mechanical & Electrical Rough-ins – Ongoing at level 8
