Construction Update

Construction at Edenbridge is running smoothly – our team is hard at work and making significant progress. As of now, the Level 4 structure is complete, with formwork well underway on Level 5. Precast installation commenced in December 2023 and is progressing well. The retail shell structure is already complete, and the retail envelope will follow shortly after. Looking ahead, interior finishing is expected to begin later this year which will mark a major milestone for Edenbridge.

We would also like to remind you that the Edenbridge Presentation Centre has been relocated to 3200 Bloor Street West.
