Construction Update - October 2025
Construction is progressing at Harbourwalk, our signature waterfront community within Lakeview Village. With the full building permit now secured, work on site is advancing steadily.
Forming for the parking levels has been completed, and work on the ground floor is now underway. The building envelope, which includes windows, balconies, and façade finishes, is scheduled to begin in spring 2026 and will mark the next major milestone for the community.
Beyond Harbourwalk, the broader vision for Lakeview Village continues to take shape. Envisioned as a dynamic waterfront destination, the community will bring together modern residences, shops, dining, cultural spaces, and more than 45 acres of green space and parks along the Mississauga shoreline. Harbourwalk will be at the centre of it all, offering a rare blend of lakeside serenity and connected urban living.
