Construction Update

We are thrilled to share the first construction update for the eagerly anticipated Lakeview Village, a community set to redefine waterfront living on the shores of Mississauga.

Currently, our partner, Lakeview Community Partners Limited (LCPL), is diligently working on site servicing, laying the groundwork for the development's infrastructure. This essential work is a cornerstone of the project, facilitating a smooth transition for further construction to progress.

We have submitted the shoring and excavation permit to the city. This step is crucial for beginning the groundwork, allowing us to prepare the site for the foundational structures that will support the entire development.
