Construction Update - August 2026
Harbourwalk continues to reach new construction milestones, with steady progress visible across the site as the first community within Lakeview Village takes shape.
Three cranes continue to support the building's steady progress as construction advances. Forming activities have now reached Level 8, marking another significant milestone as the structure continues to rise. At the same time, mechanical, electrical, and masonry installations remain underway throughout the underground parking garage levels. Another exciting milestone is also taking shape at street level, with window installation now underway on the ground floor, marking the beginning of the building envelope.
Looking ahead, window installation will continue to progress on the residential levels as construction moves forward.
