Construction Update - July 2025

MRKT Alexandra Park is now in its final stages of construction and we’re getting ready to welcome our first homeowners in August.

Throughout the community, our teams are focused on the finishing touches. Suite interiors are progressing beautifully, with flooring and countertops being installed on the upper levels, and final details like paint, millwork, and plumbing fixtures being completed in the shared amenity spaces. City occupancy inspections are now officially underway, and the first set of pre-delivery inspections (PDI) are set to begin with excited homeowners this week.

Landscaping is in progress throughout the shared courtyard, with paving and finishing work happening along Dundas Street West, Augusta Avenue, and Denison Avenue. As part of the community’s revitalization, we're excited to officially open Augusta Avenue, connecting the Alexandra Park community to Kensington Market, just north of Dundas. This new block connection creates a new throughway and more walking connections in this community. We expect this street to open on August 20, coinciding with first occupancy at MRKT Alexandra Park.

From the earliest planning stages to breaking ground in 2022, every milestone at MRKT Alexandra Park has brought us closer to this moment. In 2024, we officially topped off the final floor, a major step that marked the completion of the building’s structure and set the stage for the interior finishes that are now in their final stages.
