We're excited to share the latest progress of our MRKT Alexandra Park community, where construction is moving along very well! MRKT recently achieved a major milestone by securing the full above-grade conditional building permit, allowing for the advancement of key construction phases including the installation of cladding, windows, and drywall. These steps are important stages that will bring the vision of MRKT to life, and have the tower begin to take shape.

The forming work is on schedule to be completed by the end of May, currently forming has reached the 12th floor, with vertical columns to the 13th floor underway. Meanwhile, the building envelope is taking shape, with precast cladding work progressing to the 7th floor and window installations slated to begin soon. In the shared courtyard, the teams are working on the formation and pouring of landscape curbs and walls, promising a beautifully integrated outdoor space that residents will be able to enjoy as a hallmark of their community.

Inside MRKT, the transformation is equally impressive. Masonry work has been completed in the underground parking garage and is now being installed on the ground floor, paving the way for the next stages of interior finishing which includes floor layouts and drywalling.

As MRKT Alexandra Park continues to rise, it's shaping up not just as a premier residential destination, but also as a testament to thoughtful urban planning in the heart of a transformative community.
